SSHAGLY Meetings 2nd & 4th Monday of Every Month 7-9PM at the First Parish Church, 842 Tremont Street, Duxbury, MA 02332. A youth-led, adult-supervised social group for ages 13-22 formed for the purpose of giving LGBT+ youth a safe and positive place to meet people just like them.

The Plymouth No Place for Hate Committee, a committee of the Town of Plymouth, presented
its seventh annual Outstanding Citizenship Award to two Plymouth High School students at the July 9 th Select Board Meeting.
Trevor Anderson, a 2024 graduate of the Rising Tide Charter Public School and Mackenzie Kelly, a 2024 graduate of Plymouth South High School were this year’s award winners.The purpose of this award is to recognize a student who has shown a commitment to social justice by challenging discrimination or bigotry through his/her actions, and/or who actively works to celebrate diversity and inclusivity or to protect the civil
rights of all people in our community. A financial gift is included in the award.

On March 28th, Plymouth North High School’s Interact Club held its 2nd annual “Be The Light” show raising $7000 in support of 3 Plymouth Veteran’s Aids Organizations.

October 29, 3:00-4:00 PM at the Plymouth Public Library – Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers In-Person
An interactive performance with the Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers. The Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers are a group of musicians, educators, and artisans from the tribal communities of Mashpee on Cape Cod and Aquinnah on Martha’s Vineyard, and Herring Pond in Bourne. Their performances of eastern social songs and dances have both educated and entertained audiences of all ages in museums, schools, and various multi-cultural events. The group dresses in their traditional clothing, and songs are accompanied by a water drum and handcrafted rattles. Audience participation is highly encouraged.

A service of compassion, of comfort and outrage, of words and music, of strength and hope. PAICA, Plymouth Area Interfaith Clergy Association along with Plymouth No Place for Hate will offer a multi-faith service, of compassion for and solidarity with victims and members of the Tree of Life Congregations in Pittsburgh.
All are welcome to be present in a show of support for those who died in Pittsburgh and to OUR OWN cherished Jewish community.
